Restoration & Repairs
While Parts & Pieces are a nice addition, many antique swords require a periodic "refit" or "touch-up". For these purposes we offer everything your sword could need, all done by hand for a custom fit.
Our Handles are hand carved and custom fitted to each curve and bevel to ensure a tight and secure fit. Most of our handles are 12" inch Morozori shaped to match the curve of the blade. However, other shapes and lengths are available upon request.

Have pieces that don't fit? We fit your pre-existing pieces to your blade.
Fit Pieces = $100
Have a broken handle? Need it to be lengthened? We provide both these services based on desired length and/or extent of damage. Contact for details.
Our Tsuka-Ito comes directly from Japan and is of the highest quality you can find. We offer both Silk and Cotton in a variety of colors (we are NOT offering leather Ito at this time.)

Katana = $25
We offer Kojiri, Kurikata, and Sakazuno. Kojiri are the end pieces/caps to a saya, Kurikata are the protuding piece for the Saego Hole, and Sakazuno (or Kaeshizuno) is the Obi Hook for Waki's and Tanto's.
We offer all three in Buffalo Horn, while also offering Iron Kojiri.

We also offer Saya Painting services in ANY COLOR. We use several layers of paint, then apply several layers of Clear Coat to provide a tight seal, a a protective hardness and a bright shine.
Saya Painting = $150
Saya Repair:
Repair your split or broken saya. Cost per repair.
Regular repair = $75
Deluxe Repair (Includes repair & repaint) = $200
Not sure how old your blade is or how much it's worth?? Send us your sword and we can appraise it for you. We supply you with all the detailed information you should ever need on the various characteristics and features of your particular blade!! Specifics on everything from the blade to the nakago to the fittings and saya.
Your form includes, but is not limited to:
Digital Photos of signature are included along with each form.
We will also research your signature (mei) and date your blade (if possible) to Period and/or Year and Maker. All information gathered is accurate and true to the best of our knowledge and thoroughly researched to the best of our ability.
